Roles & Responsibilities - 

  • Own and deliver sales onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing capability programs

  • Partner with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions

  • Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (live, virtual, and blended)

  • Create and maintain sales learning content (playbooks, job aids, guides, reinforcement tools)

  • Support sales managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning in the field

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to improve learning effectiveness

  • Stay current on sales best practices, methodologies, and enablement trends

What we are lookin for - 

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales L&D, Sales Enablement, Commercial Training, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and sales motions
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning for sales or customerfacing teams
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders without formal authority
