Job description

Brillient is currently seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Information and Cybersecurity Division (IAD).

  • Develop, implement, administer/manage, maintain, update, and deliver knowledge management solutions that include the following: iShare/SharePoint sites, databases, reports, reporting systems/dashboards, and other related mechanisms and collaboration tools (as required by DHS and TSA directives, regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.). Ensure all systems and content are approved by TSA; and follow all TSA style/formatting, federal records management and TSA MD 200.7 Records Management Handbook, and security/privacy requirements;
  • Develop and maintain IAD iShare/SharePoint sites for management of IAD information to better engage and educate external customers and internal organization; and
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and update Knowledge Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other related documentation (as required by DHS and TSA directives, regulations, etc.).
