As a knowledge management professional, you'lluse your expertise to help your team assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a knowledge management strategy that can be implemented to address and overcome. You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies

  • Experience working with clients to understand their issues, needs, missions, and future direction

  • Experience building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists, and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions

  • Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering activities to identify knowledge management, communications, and business process challenges, and implementing solutions that promote knowledge sharing and strengthen integration between information systems

  • Experience evaluating, piloting, and integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI capabilities, to improve knowledge discovery, workforce productivity, and decision-making

  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, to develop automated workflows and connect enterprise systems

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online site collections

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy of information, including organizing large amounts of data, setting priorities for analysis, and advising stakeholders

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent client-facing skills

  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
