Job Summary

The IT Business Partner will play a key role in aligning IT services with business objectives, identifying opportunities for technology-driven improvements, and driving solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery and management as well as business analysis and design, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units to gather strategic and operational needs and translate them into technology requirements.
  • Analyze current IT capabilities and identify gaps, dependencies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of IT strategic plans and functional roadmaps aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Evaluate potential solutions, vendors, and platforms, and contribute to business case development.
  • Monitor technology trends and assess their impact on current strategies and operations.
  • Participate in governance processes to prioritize IT initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Foundational understanding of IT planning, systems architecture, and business operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and interface with cross-functional teams.
  • Acts as a liaison between cross-functional IT teams and supported leaders to ensure coordination and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Applies working knowledge of organizational practices and business fundamentals.
  • Addresses moderately complex problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents while operating within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Individual contributor performing work with limited supervision; may provide guidance to less experienced team members as appropriate.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
