About Dana-co

Dana-co is a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of premium intimate apparel brands including Natori, Skarlett Blue, Lunya, Oh La La Cheri, and Lingerie Living. As we continue to invest in our technology infrastructure, we're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to help modernize, secure, and scale our IT environment.

About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while leading infrastructure projects and mentoring a small IT team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution—someone who can architect solutions, roll up their sleeves to implement them, and continuously improve our technology environment. You'll work closely with leadership, business users, and external partners to ensure our infrastructure is secure, reliable, and positioned for future growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, storage, backups, endpoint management, and cloud services
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support infrastructure solutions
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, including identity, security, governance, automation, and cost optimization
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools and automation to improve IT operations and service delivery
  • Lead infrastructure modernization and technology improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen cybersecurity through best practices, risk mitigation, and continuous monitoring
  • Develop infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational procedures
  • Partner with vendors and managed service providers to maintain a secure, high-performing environment
  • Mentor junior IT team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud operations, or technical leadership
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, storage, and endpoint management
  • Experience implementing AI tools or automation within IT or business operations
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security
  • Proven project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business users
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior technical staff
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Azure certifications
  • PowerShell or scripting experience
  • Infrastructure automation or Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and compliance
  • Experience managing IT vendors, licensing, and technology budgets

Why Join Dana-co?

  • Lead impactful technology initiatives across a growing organization
  • Work with modern cloud infrastructure and AI-enabled technologies
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership
  • Opportunity to shape IT strategy while remaining hands-on technically
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Stable, well-established company with an entrepreneurial culture

If you're passionate about building secure, scalable infrastructure while helping organizations leverage modern technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
