YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Our IT Team is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager responsible for leading and developing the Infrastructure Engineering team while serving as a hands-on technical authority across enterprise infrastructure. This role combines deep technical expertise, team leadership, and project management to ensure infrastructure services are reliable, scalable, and secure.

  • Leadership & Team Development - Lead, mentor, develop and manage all Infrastructure Engineers (I, II, III) by fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.  You know how to build a good working relationship both in person and remotely to support performance and communicate technical and operational standards. You demonstrate leadership skills by defining team goals, managing workloads, conducting performance reviews, and inspire confidence in your team.
  • Infrastructure Strategy - Oversee and guide the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of servers & OS, networking, Active Directory & IAM, virtualization & storage, SaaS applications.  You serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure proactive monitoring, automation, and capacity planning are in place.  You are a key driver in the planning direction by defining and maintaining the infrastructure roadmap for modernization, automation, and resilience.
  • Project & Program Management - Lead infrastructure projects from requirement gathering through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.  You have the ability to influence key stakeholders by defining project objectives, collect resources needed, communicate milestones, and provide status reporting.  You demonstrate skills in managing risks and communicating through cross collaborative teams and IT leadership to successful deliver projects.


HERE'S MORE OF THE NITTY-GRITTY: 

Our IT Infrastructure Manager possesses the following experience, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related technical field is required. With a master’s degree in IT management, cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in management, leading a team of technical engineers with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
  • Hands on experience with servers, networking, storage, virtualization, AD, and SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST RMF, ISO 27001, CIS).
  • Current certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, VMware VCIX/VCDX, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Expert-level, ITIL Expert, CISSP are preferred.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $161,300.00 to $196,000.00 per year
