  • Critical-path plan.

  • Fulfillment and warehouse processes.
  • Reporting and dashboards.
  • Roles, permissions, and approval workflows.

  • Post-go-live support model.
  • Hypercare plan.
  • Enhancement backlog.
  • Process ownership.
  • Reporting roadmap.
  • Data governance.
  • Operational controls.
  • Long-term NetSuite support needs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment and stabilization of the NetSuite implementation.
  • Review project plans, SOWs, vendor deliverables, configuration status, open issues, testing status, data migration plans, and business requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with finance, sales, operations, inventory, procurement, warehouse, quality, customer service, IT, and leadership.
  • Translate business needs into clear NetSuite workstreams, owners, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify scope gaps, process gaps, configuration risks, reporting gaps, and operational readiness issues.
  • Manage implementation partner activities and hold vendors accountable for deliverables.
  • Build and maintain a realistic project plan.
  • Maintain issue, risk, decision, dependency, and change-control logs.
  • Coordinate UAT planning, test scripts, defect tracking, retesting, and business signoff.
  • Support data migration planning and validation.
  • Support cutover planning and go/no-go decision-making.
  • Provide concise executive-level status reporting.
  • Escalate risks early and clearly.
  • Help the company move from implementation uncertainty to a controlled execution path.

Relevant Business Processes

  • 5+ years of ERP implementation project management experience.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
  • Experience joining an implementation already in progress.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP business processes.
  • Experience with sales, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, finance, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to assess unclear or incomplete project status and create an executable recovery plan.
  • Experience managing third-party implementation partners.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and project governance discipline.
  • Experience with UAT, cutover, data migration, defect management, and go-live readiness.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
