The International College of Dentists, USA Section is a non-profit, humanitarian dental membership organization dedicated to improving access to oral healthcare in underserved communities at home and abroad. Our mission is to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need by helping, advising, and funding our members as they offer critical dental services, promote education, and support sustainable healthcare initiatives. Responsibilities
·         Answer and direct phone calls
·         Assist with meeting planning and take detailed minutes
·         Data entry into iMIS website
·         Write and distribute emails, letters, and forms
·         Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
·         Maintain contact lists and iMIS database
·         Comfortable with posting and editing social media feeds (i.e., Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
·         Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers
·         Handle requests and queries from ICD Fellows (dentists) and their office staff
·         Produce and organize mass communications
·         Oversee grant requests and track required reports 
·         Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements

Education/Experience
