1. Position Summary

We are looking for an analytical and execution-focused Sales Operations Specialist based in California to support SwiftX’s rapid commercial growth. In this role, you will serve as the core bridge between Sales/BD, Commercial Strategy, and Regional Sorting Hubs (LAX, EWR, DFW, ORD, MIA, ATL, IAH). You will focus on sales data analytics, competitive intelligence , deal structuring/pricing, and sales strategy enablement,

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Data Analytics & Forecasting:
    • Build and maintain commercial analytics dashboards tracking daily parcel volume trends, conversion funnels, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and revenue growth across major e-commerce accounts.
    • Track client volume fluctuations and forecast capacity demands across regional hubs and linehaul routes.
  • Sales Strategy & Competitive Benchmarking:
    • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence on U.S. last-mile delivery competitors (e.g., UniUni, Gofo, OnTrac).
    • Develop battlecards, sales enablement tools, and pitch materials for BD teams to highlight SwiftX’s key differentiators (7/365 delivery, automated POD verification, zero surcharges).
  • Pricing Operations & Deal Structuring:
    • Partner with Commercial Strategy to review rate cards, custom tariff quotes, and margin thresholds across delivery zones (Zone 1–8).
    • Ensure incoming deals comply with package size/weight limits (Length ≤ 40 in, Sum ≤ 71 in, Weight ≤ 30 lbs) and service terms.
  • Sales Operations & CRM Governance:
    • Oversee CRM pipeline hygiene, lead attribution, deal stage tracking, quota tracking, and sales commission calculations.
    • Optimize sales workflows and customer onboarding SOPs for Strategic Key Accounts (SKA).
  • Cross-Functional SLA & Performance Alignment:
    • Monitor operational KPIs (ASCAN rate, SLA on-time rate, lost rate, first-attempt success rate) in collaboration with Hub Operations.
    • Align pre-sale capacity commitments with regional hub throughput (e.g., LAX automated sorting hub capacity) to ensure seamless execution during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Commercial Strategy within Logistics, Last-Mile Express, Freight Forwarding, or E-Commerce Supply Chain.
  • Location: Based in California
  • Technical & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets (complex modeling, pivot tables), CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. domestic parcel shipping, zone pricing structures, DIM weight factors, and cross-border e-commerce platforms (Temu, TikTok Shop, SHEIN).
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred for effective cross-border communication.
