Let's talk about you- as a Kitchen Magic Contact Center / Inside Sales Representative!

What does the position entail?

We're looking for a creative, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Contact Center team. As a Contact Center Agent / Inside Sales Representative, you will help grow and maintain Kitchen Magic's appointment setting goals-including but not limited to setting and confirming appointments while exhibiting a high level of customer service.

  • Provide a high level of customer service by representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown an interest in kitchen remodeling to arrange for a free in-home design consultation.
  • Scheduling customer appointments.
  • Understand and support company best practices and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers.
  • Provide a high level of detail in customer follow up and paperwork.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and self-motivation a must.
  • Ability to improvise and provide solutions based on customer interaction.
  • Have a growth mindset with a strong desire to succeed.

YOUR CREDENTIALS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior contact center experience a plus.
  • Experience in customer service highly desired.
  • 1 - 2 years' work experience preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Able to commute to the corporate office in PA on a regular basis.
  • Position is primarily work from home which requires a quiet, distraction free environment.
  • Must have reliable internet access.
  • Must be willing to work a varying schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
