Job description

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive the continued evolution of the Enterprise Health occupational health platform. The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS product management experience, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to translate complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions that deliver measurable customer and business value.

This role will lead product discovery, strategy, and execution for meaningful areas of the Enterprise Health product portfolio. Initial areas of focus may include core occupational health capabilities such as medical surveillance, case and injury management, compliance programs, absence management, reporting and analytics, and related workflows.

The Product Manager will partner closely with customers, Engineering, Design, Client Success, Product Marketing, regulatory and clinical stakeholders, and other Product Managers to deeply understand customer problems, identify high-value opportunities, and deliver solutions that strengthen Enterprise Health's position as a leading occupational health platform. This includes proactively identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows, user experiences, and customer outcomes.

Product Management at MIE is organized around coherent customer problems, workflows, and capabilities. Areas of ownership may evolve over time as customer needs, product strategy, and organizational priorities change. Product Managers are expected to develop deep expertise in the areas they own while maintaining a broad understanding of how those capabilities connect across the Enterprise Health platform.

This is not a task execution or requirements-management role. This role is responsible for understanding customer problems, shaping product direction, making informed prioritization decisions, and owning product outcomes from discovery through adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and improve efficiency, usability, and customer value

Primary Responsibility 2: Product Development & Delivery

  • Own assigned product capabilities end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to translate validated customer problems into scalable, intuitive product solutions
  • Balance customer needs, usability, scalability, regulatory requirements, technical considerations, and business value when shaping solutions
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive experiences across the Enterprise Health platform
  • Identify opportunities to modernize existing capabilities while preserving the depth, configurability, and reliability required by complex enterprise customers
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to prototype, validate, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities where they create meaningful customer and business value

Primary Responsibility 3: Commercialization & Adoption

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Client Success, Sales, and other go-to-market teams to lead and drive successful launches, adoption, and customer value realization
  • Define measurable outcomes and KPIs tied to product usage, workflow efficiency, customer value, adoption, and business impact
  • Measure product performance and use real-world data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support product positioning, enablement, documentation, and release readiness
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and contribute to how Enterprise Health differentiates in the occupational health market

Primary Responsibility 4: Product Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the product lead for assigned capabilities and establish clear direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to manage cross-product workflows, dependencies, and opportunities

  • Work with Engineering and technology leadership to evaluate opportunities created by AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to broader Enterprise Health product strategy and portfolio planning
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams on priorities, tradeoffs, progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Demonstrate strong ownership while remaining adaptable as product priorities and areas of responsibility evolve
