Job Title: Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead
Location: Global - UK (London Hybrid) or USA (Reston, VA Hybrid)
Type: Permanent
About the role:
We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to join BSI in a senior position focused on shaping and driving our global commercial strategy. Reporting to the SVP of GTM Strategy, this role will play a key part in evolving BSI into a more customer-first, insight-led and outcome-driven organisation.
This role sits at the center of commercial transformation, working across divisions, solutions and customer segments to create a unified GTM approach. You will help define strategy, develop operating models and influence how BSI delivers value to customers globally.
The successful individual will partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Digital, Product and Strategy teams to build scalable GTM frameworks and support BSI's growth across sectors including AI, Digital Trust, Sustainability, Health & MedTech and ESG.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead BSI's global GTM strategy with a customer-first and outcome-led approach
  • Establish and embed GTM governance and operating frameworks across Commercial teams
  • Drive segmentation, customer journey mapping and value proposition development across key markets
  • Develop KPI frameworks and performance measures to evaluate GTM effectiveness
  • Design and implement GTM operating models, pipeline frameworks and customer engagement approaches
  • Partner with Commercial Intelligence, CRM and Sales teams to create insight-driven decision making
  • Support the development of integrated offerings, bundled solutions and value-based commercial strategies
  • Build and enhance Global Key Account (GKA) frameworks and expansion strategies
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Digital and Strategy teams
  • Act as a change leader to support adoption of new ways of working and customer success initiatives
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable commercial strategies

To be successful in the role you will have:
  • Significant experience leading Go-To-Market strategy, commercial transformation or enterprise growth initiatives within complex environments
  • Experience building and scaling GTM operating models and commercial frameworks
  • Strong experience working across matrix organisations and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across Sales, Product, Commercial and Digital functions
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking capability with a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience leveraging customer insights, market intelligence and data to support business decisions
  • Previous experience within consulting, GTM strategy, corporate strategy or transformation environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced qualification desirable
  • Experience within regulated industries, consulting, TIC, HealthTech, AI or Digital Trust environments would be advantageous
