Job description

As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that shape how we bring our software and research content to market. You'll own pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies for major product areas, working across teams to drive growth, differentiation, and customer value.

What you will do:

  • Co-lead pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy development for key product lines.
  • Translate market research and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial priorities.
  • Support strategic partnerships and business model innovation.
  • Contribute to competitive landscape analysis and market segmentation.
  • Own significant workstreams as part of quarterly business reviews and annual planning cadence.

You need to have:

  • 7+ years in product or commercial strategy, with a focus on pricing, packaging, GTM, or partnerships in a tech or SAAS environment (B2B experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning and execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear direction.
  • Experience influencing product direction and commercial outcomes through strategic leadership.
  • Creative and commercially minded, with a strong grasp of market dynamics and customer needs.

Compensation Range:

$125,000.00-$165,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
