LOGISTICS MANAGER CHICAGO, IL
Strategy:
  1. Oversee the entire direct-to-consumer logistics supply chain, including setting a clear vision aligned with company goals, building a strong team, and managing major functions within your scope.
  2. Forge strong partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders to drive industry-leading transformations that boost conversion, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  3. Lead continuous improvements in the supply chain to enhance our competitive advantage.
  4. Plan and execute expansion efforts in inventory management, distribution centers, and order fulfillment.
  5. Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and optimize supply chain processes including logistics, warehouse operations, and retail operations.
  6. Regularly review operations to find opportunities for cost savings and improve the supply chain's financial performance.

Operations:
  1. Manage both company-operated and third-party transportation, focusing on compliance, performance, carrier management, and optimizing fleet effectiveness.
  2. Develop strategies to reduce shipping costs and enhance service levels. Oversee relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless partnerships.
  3. Ensure effective metrics are in place to measure supply chain performance, including supplier performance, inventory, delivery, and procurement metrics.
