RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Manager, Fleet Services to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Manager, Fleet Services, you will be under general guidance, provide supervision, direction, and quality control of personnel and activities according to policies, rules, and regulations of the company and the Department of Transportation.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(65%) Fleet Services Management & Administration
  • Measures and ensures compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and Company Fleet Policies and regulations
  • Initiates DOT inspections when necessary
  • Attends at least one transportation-related seminar annually
  • Audits all routes at least twice annually
  • Coordinates transportation of mobile units, adjusts asset moves for other companies and coordinates actions with other company representatives
  • Reviews specifications for new equipment
  • Investigates incidents and accidents involving company equipment and assigned personnel
  • Establishes, reviews and revises work procedures relative to administrative and clerical functions
  • Reviews and approve invoices for maintenance work and interface with vendors to discuss questions or problems

(30%) Staff Management
  • Coordinates employee hires and records changes with VP Fleet Services, Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting personnel
  • Selects, trains, supervises and coordinates the work of Transportation Maintenance Coordinators for an assigned company region
  • Prepares staff schedules, reviews and approve timesheets and administers performance reviews

(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of commercial driving, vehicle maintenance and fleet planning experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Valid class "driver's license and proof of current insurance

Preferred:
  • 5 years of commercial driver experience
  • 2 years of fleet administration
