Amazon DSP Fleet Specialist | DSP Experience Required
$20/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Full-Time | Mon - Fri | Fully Remote
Who We're Looking For:

We are specifically seeking candidates who have worked for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in a fleet, operations, dispatch, compliance, safety, or management role and understand Amazon fleet processes, vehicle compliance requirements, Rivian and rental fleet management, and day-to-day DSP operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage fleet compliance, documentation, maintenance coordination, and vehicle-related operational support for Amazon DSP owner-partners across North America
  • Review vehicle registrations, insurance documents, permits, and compliance records
  • Coordinate with vendors, repair providers, and fleet partners
  • Track fleet compliance requirements and ensure documentation remains current
  • Support vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and fleet maintenance processes
  • Investigate and resolve fleet-related issues quickly and accurately
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned DSP partners

Required Qualifications

  • This is not an entry-level position, previous Amazon DSP experience is required
  • Experience in fleet management, dispatch, operations, compliance, or station leadership preferred
  • Strong understanding of Amazon DSP operations and fleet requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
