What is Amazon Fleet Maintenance?

Amazon Fleet Maintenance refers to the team and processes responsible for ensuring that Amazon’s delivery vehicles, such as vans and trucks, are in safe and efficient working condition. This includes performing regular inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and keeping records of vehicle service histories. The goal is to minimize downtime and keep the fleet operating smoothly to support timely deliveries. Maintenance technicians work with a variety of equipment and may use diagnostic tools and software to track vehicle performance. This role is crucial for maintaining Amazon’s delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
