Job description

TPS Manufacturing Techโ€™s manage the daily operations of our manufacturing processes to design, build, and
package our products to ship to our customers. This is an important role within our company and pride in workmanship
is paramount as well as a drive to exceed expectations. Our products are used by baseball and softball athletes
around the World who value high quality products that will help them become the best they can be. The technician will
be exposed to industry training and development on manufacturing processes, efficiencies when using composites and
other materials and education on how to improve the durability, design, appeal and efficiency of our products.
Manufacturing Technicians will help train new employees on the processes and will manage the flow of manufacturing to
be in line with the sales demand.
General duties of the job will include:
-Closed-Mould Vacuum Infusion Fiberglass prep and manufacturing
-Lay-up of materials including fiberglass, rubber, and other structural materials
-Lay and adhere artificial turf to the finished mound product
-Prepare final product, inspect for quality and package for shipment
-Work with the Closed-Mold Alliance to enhance procedures, policies and efficiencies
-Fabricate parts and materials from stock as needed with company supplied tools
-Complete courses on OSHA requirements as needed
-Utilize assortment of tools including Vacuum-Infusion Machines, sanders, saws and various pneumatic air and electric tools.
-Establish reference points and to check dimensions as part of Quality Control
-Unload and load of materials from deliveries and shipments with forklift operator.
-Assist in developing new product lines, composite-molds, and ideas.
-Must be capable of lifting and moving over 100 pounds

Manufacturing facility creating, developing, and packaging products for sale in the baseball and softball industries to include our portable pitching mounds, field products for natural surfaces and artificial turf fields, and products for coaches and player development. Our products are distributed around the World and used by athletes from Little League up to professional Major League Baseball players.
