We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager who brings both deep technical expertise and strong leadership to elevate our engineering organization—especially in DC-DC back converter design and advanced power architectures.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead a multi-site team (~15 engineers) across the U.S. and Canada, driving innovation in PDUs, switchgear, and power systems
  • Serve as a technical authority in DC-DC back converters, power conversion, and distribution design
  • Oversee full product lifecycle: design, development, validation, and testing of electrical systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and operations to deliver high-quality, manufacturable designs


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PE a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in power systems, PDUs, or related equipment
  • 5+ years leading engineering teams in complex environments


  • Strong expertise in:
  • DC-DC back converters & power conversion systems
  • Medium-voltage switchgear & power distribution
  • Experience in OEM or power equipment manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to travel to Dallas and Ontario sites
