Job Description:

The Senior Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for various functions and support related to Governmental and Commercial/Managed Care reimbursement evaluation, analysis and financial reporting. Assist with various Cost Reporting to Government Payors and provide various patient and financial reporting and analysis work for leaders, staff and consultants.

Senior Reimbursement Analyst

Education:
▪ Required: Bachelor Degree in a Business or Related Field
▪ Preferred: Master’s Degree
Experience:
▪ Required: 1 year reimbursement, financial or office related experience.
▪ Preferred: Previous experience in a healthcare setting
Skills:
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
▪ Proficient computer skills.
▪ Genuine concern for accuracy and attention to detail.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ N/A

Reimbursement Analyst

Education
▪ Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare, or a related field or 8 years related experience
Experience
▪ Preferred: Demonstrated experience with healthcare or insurance financial analysis.
Skills
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively present and interact with all levels of the organization 
▪ Ability to work collaboratively as either a facilitator or participant on projects that involve multiple stakeholders, while promoting positive and effective working relations
