Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom data tables, databases, queries, reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support organizational goals.
  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Research, assess, and validate data for quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
  • Prepare and distribute reports from single or multiple data systems in support of operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate technical findings and data insights in a clear, meaningful, and relatable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection methods, reporting processes, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Maintain expertise in organizational data systems, reporting tools, and analytics best practices.
  • Participate in staff development activities, required meetings, program evaluations, and organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of applicable data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence experience.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar business analytics platforms.
  • Experience creating and maintaining queries, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent technical writing, reporting, and documentation skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of background screening, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
  • Current valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify data patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, operational guidelines, and technical documentation.

Physical Requirements

  • Perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and a negligible amount of force frequently to move objects.
