In the Marketing Manager - Customer Experience position, you'll shape how Direct Supply engages customers, prospects, and industry influencers through strategic tradeshows, executive customer interactions, campus visits, and immersive brand experiences. You'll partner with executive stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships, elevate Direct Supply's market presence, and drive business impact. With an AI-first mindset, you'll continuously improve customer engagement strategies, uncover new opportunities to create value, and advance marketing innovation.

  • Partner with executive leaders as a trusted advisor to develop customer engagement strategies, influence investment decisions, and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Lead the evolution of Direct Supply's Customer Meeting Center experience, creating a differentiated environment that reflects our innovation strategy and enhances customer interactions.

  • Develop AI-enabled approaches that improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated customer experiences aligned with business priorities.

  • Measure customer engagement impact through pipeline generation, executive engagement, brand awareness, and customer value creation.

  • Identify emerging technologies and customer engagement trends that strengthen Direct Supply's leadership in healthcare technology.

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing, customer engagement, experiential marketing, tradeshow strategy, or related disciplines.

  • Experience partnering with senior executives to lead customer engagement initiatives that drive brand growth and business results.

  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 15%

  • Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
