Job description

A Victoria's Secret & Co PINK Manager a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand's guidance and objectives. Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:
  • Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
  • Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer's experience
  • Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
  • Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
  • Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
  • Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
  • This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.

  • Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.

  • Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours

  • Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
  • Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
  • Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
