Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques.

- Monitor team performance through sales metrics and customer feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.

- Stay informed about the latest wireless industry trends, products, and promotions to effectively educate customers and team members.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales, wireless technology, or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven leadership skills.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
