Woodlake Country Club, located in Vass, North Carolina, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Line Cooks. Woodlake Country Club is a gated community located on the outskirts of North Carolina’s most well-known and sought after districts, including the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Fort Bragg, Pope Air Force Base, and Fayetteville areas. Despite its close proximity to nearby city life, residents and passersby prefer to indulge in the laid back atmosphere and unique amenities that Woodlake has to offer. With gorgeous views of the property’s 1,200 acre private lake, a charming historical clubhouse, and two championship golf courses, Woodlake Country Club has been the best kept secret of the North Carolina Sandhills for more than 54 years.

Responsibilities of the Line Cook at Woodlake Country Club include:

  • Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
  • Prepares and cooks food according to directives; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
  • Plates prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
  • Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Prior completion of food safety coursework preferred.
