Our Construction Management team has an immediate need for a Project Manager.


What you will do:

  • Manage project timelines and budget
  • Effectively communicate project information to clients, regulators, and key stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with clients; become trusted advisor
  • Work to resolve project needs
  • Lead effectively in a highly dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Assume responsibility for the successful delivery of products and services within the department, and high satisfaction and performance of department employees.
  • Establish and maintain a strong technical delivery model across all functions in the department that is agile to changing customer requirements.
  • Establish strong relationship with key customers.
  • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality products and services to customer on time and on budget.
  • Ensure strong project management acumen throughout the department and contribute to that capability across the contract.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering required
  • PE license in Texas
  • 5+ years civil engineer experience required
  • Staff management experience
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
  • Related local experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Project management, critical thinking, and complex data interpretation skills
