This team manages Commercial and Industrial relationships throughout its life - developing meaningful connections with management of the companies they serve.Always mindful of the changes in the company, its industry, etc., over time that might create a change in their financial service needs.

As the Sr.ClientManageryou willmanage a portfolio and will have a secondary focus on selling deeper into the customer relationship.Will have responsibility for amid to large-sizeportfolio including the most complex credits.Grow revenue as directed by senior management to meet established goals by successfully prospecting new opportunities with existing clients and makingappropriate referrals.

Howyou'llspend your time:

  • You will partner with other officers to effectively administer the management of assigned commercial banking relationships.
  • You willmaintaina portfolio by calling on existing customers to expand existing business, ensure excellent client relations & proper servicing of account(s), and ensure the portfolio's credit quality.
  • You will provide recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients, which includes direct contact with customers either through participation in joint sales calls with other officers or direct correspondence with clients and perform various projects/tasks as needed with an emphasis onmaintaining UMB TUCE at all times.
  • You will serve as a conduit for all product lines and match client needs with appropriate products.Proactively look for cross selling opportunities on bank products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Youpossessabachelor's degree in Business or Accounting / Financeor equivalent experience in a related field.
  • You have8+yearscommercial banking or lending experience including credit underwriting.
  • Youdemonstrateadvanced knowledge of credit and understanding of underwriting.
  • Youdemonstratestrong financial acumen.
  • Youdemonstrateadvanced knowledge and understanding in how toidentifyand process maturing loans, line renewals, term loans that need to be extended, how loans can be restructured, approval process, change terms, etc.
  • Youdemonstrateabilityto interpret policies/procedures, loan contracts, and understanding of credit reports, financialstatementsand loan documents.
  • Youdemonstrateabilityto be self-starter and show initiative.
  • Youdemonstratestrong communicationskills (verbal& written).
  • Youdemonstrateproficiencyin Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Youdemonstrateabilityto manage time effectively.
  • You have the ability to prospect and network at various levels within a company.
  • Youdemonstratestrong analytical skills.
  • You have strategic salesmeetingsskills.

Bonus points if:

  • You have5+ years of managing middle market relationships.
  • You have knowledge of bank products, services, and bank operations.
  • You have product training.

Compensation Range:

$99,750.00 - $214,370.00
