STATUS: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Seasonal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and patrons.
  • Ensure patron coats, bags, hats, umbrellas, etc. are taken and hung in the coat check room and give tickets to patrons to retrieve their item(s) at any time.
  • Effectively and accurately work with cash.
  • As the business evolves, so may this role. These duties may change as Lyric's leadership identifies the need at any time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Must be pleasant and friendly and exemplify high-level customer service at all times.
  • Must have previous experience handling cash.
  • Must be punctual and responsible.
  • Must be available to work all of the matinee, evening and weekend performances.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

COMPENSATION:
Job Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Seasonal
Salary is $13.99 /hour - This position is eligible to receive tips.
