Position: Coat Room Attendant
Position Type: Part time/ Seasonal - October through April
Job Description:
Responsible for managing the coat room area. Ensure members and guests coats and personal belongings are stored securely and returned promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests in checking coats and persona; items, providing claim tickets for later pickup.
  • Hang coats neatly using appropriate hangers and place them is designated as slots.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in coat room and surrounding area.
  • Answer all questions and provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Qualities:
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a professional appearance.

Work Environment:
  • You will be in a service-oriented role focused on secure, efficient, and courteous handling of patron's coats and belongings, requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy environment setting.
