Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established between customers. * Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. * Coordinates increased contractor footprint and requirements upon Government execution of Surge requirements. * Supports PM track and report on the status and progress of contractor surge support. * Establishes the PMO for post-activation execution, providing management support of contractor communications, security processing, space requirements, travel, visas, taxes, and SOFA considerations. Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume): • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. • Education Substitution: In accordance with the SIA3 IDIQ labor category requirements, the Government may, at its sole discretion, accept additional relevant experience performing substantially similar duties in lieu of a specified degree requirement. Candidates lacking the stated degree are encouraged to apply if they possess extensive directly related experience. This substitution does not apply to licenses, certifications, clearances, or other requirements mandated by law, regulation, or Government policy. • Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives. • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution • Active TS/SCI Clearance with a CI polygraph (adjudicated within the last 5 years).
