Job Duties:

Coordination with the Client's business and IT teams on production support activities. Responsible for suggesting optimum solution and technical assistance to the client. Working with the teams very closely and help them implement any new enhancements to the application. Working on Custom objects, Page Layouts, Custom Tabs, and components to suit to the needs of the application. Creating user Roles and Profiles, Security Controls and Sharing Settings, Permission Sets, Profiles, Security Controls. Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, time estimates, preparing design documentation, developing unit testing and deployment of application enhancements. Managing Users, Hierarchical roles, Profiles, Security Controls and territory management. Creating an email template that will be used to send an ETA to the Customers with standard Sales force email functionality. Working on Salesforce.com Configuration & Customization, Visual force pages, and Apex classes, controllers, as the back-end code to write the functionality, Test Classes, Apex Sharing and Triggers. Creating a Visual Force pages for the sales process in account object that includes detailed information about the customer and contact details. Building Lighting pages with the help of lighting components using SLDS for client requirements. Working on integrating SFDC to SFDC, SFDC to third party Systems using Informatica and Web Services using soap and rest. Deploying meta data from sandbox to testing environment using Force.com IDE and change sets. Writing test methods, test cases with code coverage of more than 75% as per Salesforce needs.

Environment: Saleforce.com CRM, JavaScript, jQuery, Force.com platform, Apex Classes, Chatter, Visual force Pages, Controllers, Lightning components, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Email Services, Workflow & Approvals, Reports, Security Controls, Force.com IDE, and Windows.

Work Location: various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related fields.
