Quality Inspector – Precision Manufacturing
Pinellas Park | Long-Term Opportunity
Balance Staffing is hiring a Quality Inspector for a leading precision manufacturing company in Pinellas Park supporting aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial applications.
We are seeking detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing quality inspection experience who are comfortable working in a precision driven environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect precision parts and components to ensure quality standards are met
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection equipment
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts
  • Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Document inspection results and identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
Preferred Experience:
  • Manufacturing quality inspection experience
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred
  • Aerospace, medical device, automotive, machining, or precision manufacturing background highly preferred
