As a Campus Recruiter within PNC's Campus Recruiting organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA, Cleveland, OH, or Chicago, IL.
This role will support the Asset Management Group business segment.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer decisioning, etc. for applicants in intern and early career development programs.
  • Researches and sources early career candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
  • Assists in the development of early career recruiting strategies and advises hiring managers on practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
  • Executes business and candidate-facing communications with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) that facilitate the sourcing and hiring process.
  • Coordinates large-scale recruiting and talent outreach events to attract and onboard early career talent.
