Camp Manager - Burlingame, CA | Giants Summer Baseball Camps
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring a Camp Manager in Burlingame to oversee all operational aspects of our youth baseball and softball program.
This leadership role requires oversight of staff, camper engagement, and logistical execution.
What You'll Manage:
  • Daily camp check-in and dismissal procedures
  • Staff coaching and accountability meetings
  • Program timing and curriculum pacing
  • Equipment tracking and organization
  • Camp culture and camper satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in youth programming
  • Baseball/softball familiarity

  • Ability to remain organized in high-energy settings
  • Willingness to commute to Burlingame, and other cities where our camp operates
