Who you are

Metropolis is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. This role is crucial in overseeing the financial health and operational success of our locations within an assigned region. You'll be responsible for developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring our locations are profitable, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You'll play a key role in business development, from lead generation to negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients.

What you'll do
  • Oversee the development and attainment of regional operating plans and budgets and reforecasts
  • Participate in the development of regional financial and operational goals and achieve the determined goals
  • Monitor regional financial and operational results to ensure the profitability of existing locations within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring open communication and mutual benefit
  • Proactively address client needs and concerns, including managing budget discrepancies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring contract compliance
  • Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, including developing and acting on feedback from surveys, addressing deficiencies found in facility audits, and creating retention plans for at-risk locations
  • Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services
  • Foster a culture of professional growth by mentoring subordinates, implementing development plans, addressing performance issues, and creating a fair environment for talent advancement
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships
  • Ability to convey complex financial information and strategies clearly to both clients and internal teams, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, including the ability to manage budgets and understand key performance indicators, along with a strong familiarity with contract structures and terms
  • Experience in negotiating effectively to secure new contracts, retain existing business, and resolve potential disputes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
While not required, these are a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior parking industry experience a plus
  • Experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, P&L Review systems
