Sparks Group is hiring motivated Material Handlers for an exciting warehouse opportunity supporting the fast-paced aviation industry. If you have 6–12 months of warehouse experience and are ready to build valuable skills in distribution, inventory, and logistics, this could be the perfect next step.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently to support customer orders and operational success.
Daily Responsibilities:
  •  Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming inventory.
  •  Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments.
  •  Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  •  Verify product quantities and inspect condition of materials.
  •  Investigate shortages, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies.
  •  Assist with replenishment and stock organization.
  •  Use warehouse tools, equipment, and systems to complete tasks efficiently.
  •  Support shipping and distribution processes.
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  •  Follow OSHA, safety, and hazardous material handling guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
  •  6–12 months of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  •  Reliable work ethic and solid attendance.
  •  Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  •  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  •  Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks including lifting, sorting, and movement.
  •  Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
