Job description

General Manager needed for a New Upscale Asian Restaurant. This highly anticipated concept is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven leader with a passion for excellence, elevated service standards, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment. This restaurant is pursuing national recognition, including future James Beard Award aspirations, and is looking for a General Manager who can help elevate the operation to the next level.


Experience:
• 5+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in upscale dining or chef-driven concepts
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• High-level knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, labor controls, inventory, and scheduling
• Hands-on leadership style with a servant leader mentality
• Experience leading high-volume upscale restaurants preferred
• Wine, sake, and elevated beverage knowledge a plus
• Ability to maintain exceptional service standards and guest relations
• Strong tenure and passion for hospitality required

• Japanese or Mandarin a plus
• Experience working with award-winning chefs or recognized restaurant groups preferred
• $10M+ annual revenue experience preferred
