Your Role: Develop financial forecasting and balance sheet management models to support strategic planning and business decision-making. Design and enhance scenario analyses and stress-testing models to support financial risk management activities. Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and improve financial forecasting processes. Produce high-impact analyses and reporting that generate meaningful business insights through data storytelling and visualization. Optimize the use of data and digital tools to streamline information management and increase operational efficiency. Monitor industry best practices and regulatory developments related to financial planning and analysis. Your Team The Finance sector brings together specialists who work in an agile, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment to strengthen the Bank’s financial capabilities and support strategic growth. Within the Integrated Forecasting and Analytics department, you will join a team of approximately five colleagues and report to the Senior Manager. You will play a key role in developing financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and advanced financial models that support critical business decisions. The team is recognized for its strong collaboration with strategic partners and its meaningful contribution to the organization’s financial performance. Requirements: Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Demonstrate expertise in balance sheet management. Possess a strong understanding of banking products and financial services. Have experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data using SQL. Demonstrate experience in programming and data modeling. Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) software is considered an asset.
