We are seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. This position provides analytical and program support for Government projects and acquisition efforts, with emphasis on requirements analysis, budget and schedule tracking, status reporting, briefing development, data management, and documentation control.

This role aligns closely with the SOW's Program Support requirements, including development and maintenance of budgets, schedules, plans of action and milestones, databases, program and project plans, briefing materials, and recurring status reports. The successful candidate will apply analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, organize and interpret acquisition and product-program data, support management and business-case analysis, and provide disciplined tracking of schedules, actions, and program execution. This role is well suited for an individual who can work across program, technical, financial, and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced defense environment.

This role requires in-person support. Duties: * Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program and project objectives. * Analyze requirements, program status, budget, funding execution, and schedules to support informed decision-making.

* Perform management, technical, and business-case analyses in support of acquisition and product-program activities. * Collect, complete, organize, validate, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapons, project acquisition, and product programs. * Track program and project status, milestones, schedules, action items, and deliverables.

* Support development, review, update, and maintenance of budgets, schedules, plans of action and milestones, databases, program plans, and project plans. * Assist with development of weekly reports, monthly status reports, and program execution briefs for Government review. * Apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, data management, and change control management.

* Prepare and maintain briefing materials, charts, reports, and other analytical products supporting program reviews and leadership engagements. * Gather and manage data required for reports, databases, and document packages in the format required by the customer. * Support program coordination activities such as meeting schedules, agenda support, briefing preparation, and tracking of follow-on actions.

* Track and coordinate program-related travel information for Government employees in accordance with established customer processes. * Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of program health, execution status, schedule impacts, and budget-related issues. * Coordinate with Government and contractor personnel to ensure information is current, accurate, and aligned with program priorities.

Desired Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline. Desired Experience: * 3+ years of professional experience in program analysis, management analysis, acquisition support, operations analysis, or related Government/defense support work. * Experience analyzing requirements, budgets, schedules, and project status in a structured program environment.

* Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting technical, financial, or acquisition-related data. * Experience preparing briefings, reports, spreadsheets, and status products for management or Government stakeholders. * Working knowledge of documentation control, data management, and change-management processes.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD, Navy, NSWC, or acquisition program offices. * Familiarity with funding execution, program health metrics, action-item tracking, and schedule management tools. * Experience supporting aircraft, weapons, or military product programs.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, OnePager, or similar program-tracking tools. * Experience developing management analyses, business-case analyses, or technical support analyses for Government customers. * Experience supporting travel coordination, meeting support, and program review preparation in a defense environment.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
