The CPI Group, Inc. provides Program Management for our customers’ facilities in the Advanced Manufacturing markets. Our Project Managers and Sr Project Managers oversee projects in multiple States as “Owner’s Representatives” managing greenfield, brownfield and renovation projects. Our headquarters is in Greenwood Village, Colorado and we are looking for additional qualified candidates to help us meet the growing demand for our services across multiple locations throughout the US where our PM's work on client jobsites. As we continue to expand, CPI is recruiting experienced professionals for future opportunities. While we currently do not have immediate positions available, we want to connect with individuals with backgrounds leading the planning and execution of Semiconductor/tools, Aerospace Manufacturing/Secure Environments, Data Centers, Life Sciences and Food/Beverage projects.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Construction Project Manager – preference is on markets listed above
  • Only commercial or industrial experience (not residential or IT) will be considered
  • Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to confidently interact with both internal and external customers, as well as architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Must have 5 years of experience in the industry with 3 of those years spent as a Project Manager running a construction project
  • Client requirements include background check, drug screening, and for certain clients who manufacture highly sensitive materials under US Government contracts, may require the applicant to be a US Citizen.

Strongly Desired:

  • Cleanroom, lab, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and process piping knowledge is desired
  • Aerospace
  • BIM Savvy
