Role Overview 

The CRM Platform Developer is the one to bring the ideas to life, bringing millions of fans closer to their passion. This role is central to the execution of personalized marketing campaigns, lifecycle automations, and 1-1 touchpoints in an agile marketing-led team. 

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who enjoys turning business challenges into smart technical solutions. They bring curiosity and initiative to their work, actively contribute ideas, stay current with marketing technology trends, and navigate obstacles to deliver meaningful business impact. Experience with omni-channel marketing strategies enables them to thoughtfully apply technology in service of the broader customer experience.
how you will make an impact:

  • Propose and execute end-to-end solutions to meet our CRM Program's goals
  • Schema and data enhancements in AJO based on upstream events
  • Code & fragment changes in AJO
  • Journey orchestration changes
  • Analyze outcomes and performance KPI's
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate Experiments in content and journeys
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to collect detailed functional requirements
  • Translate functional requirements to technical solutions
  • Coordinate with Technical Leads to develop, test, and deploy solutions to Production environments
  • Writing code and supporting documentation for development projects
  • Seeks new information to solve new problems to meet our customer experience & marketing performance goals
  • Analyzes gaps and overcomes obstacles to create efficient, streamlined automations


what you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and creating personalized content and real-time journeys on Marketing Technology platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Expertise developing visual components using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars template languages
  • Familiarity with agile development and related software like Jira
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling the individual to interact effectively with various levels of individuals. 
  • Ability to work effectively solo or in a team environment
