Position Overview
We're looking for a methodical executor. Someone who thrives on checklists, timelines, clean systems, and well-run processes. If you're the kind of person who catches typos no one else sees, color-codes your Google Drive folders, and always knows what's due next week (and who's responsible for it), you'll love this role.
Your focus will be to help execute structured marketing plans, coordinate seasonal operations, and manage internal projects. You'll own the details, keep our systems tight, and support a smooth rhythm of work across two seasonal businesses.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an orderly, behind-the-scenes role - keeping projects moving, organizing data and checklists, and making sure the trains run on time.
This Role Is NOT: Strategic marketing planning - the plan is already mostly built; your job will be to carry it out.
It is also not Design-focused - basic formatting is helpful, but no graphic design is required.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
  • Manage and send email, socialmedia, and print marketing campaigns
  • Maintain marketing calendars, templates, contact lists, and content libraries
  • Format and prepare flyers, postcards and postcard lists, and proposals
  • Track campaign data andorganize it for easy reporting

Client & Project Support
  • Occasionally send proposalsand quotes to clients
  • Track seasonal projecttimelines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keep client experiencesconsistent by managing documentation and internal feedback
  • Ensure repeatable task listsare completed consistently

  • Help update and maintaininternal systems for tracking performance
  • Recommend and implementprocess improvements (templates, SOPs, etc.)

Ideal Fit
  • 2+ years in an admin, projectcoordinator, or marketing assistant role
  • You're methodical,task-driven, and get satisfaction from following processes
  • You love lists, systems, andkeeping things orderly
  • You're strong in GoogleSuite, CRMs, and project tools like Asana
  • You communicate clearly andprofessionally (especially in writing)
  • Like working independently, checking things off, and hitting deadlines
  • A natural organizer thatloves improving systems and workflows.
  • Can manage interns orentry-level team members with clear expectations and follow-up
  • Bonus: You've worked in aseasonal or small business setting
  • Associate's or Bachelor'sdegree preferred

Why You'll Like It Here
  • Monday-Friday flexibleschedule
  • PTO, 401(k) match, and healthinsurance
  • Variety in tasks depending onseason - planning in winter and Spring, executing in summer/fall
  • Balance of in-office andremote work. Enjoy the flexibility to choose when to work from home or inthe office for much of the year. During peak season, you'll primarily bein the office but still have the option to start your day at home and comein later or leave early and wrap up remotely.
  • Ongoing training &professional development opportunities
  • We're a small, close-knitcompany, and while this provides a collaborative environment and thechance to have a direct impact, it also means our organizational structureis quite flat with limited upward mobility into "managerial positions".Growth here is less about climbing a ladder and more about gaining depthof experience.
