Job description

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts within a manufacturing environment. This individual will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, support commercial activities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable working with both customers and internal teams. They demonstrate strong ownership of customer accounts, understand manufacturing operations, and can successfully manage complex customer relationships while supporting long-term business objectives.

  • Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the company externally.
  • Coordinate RFQs, quotations, pricing activities, and customer requests.
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
  • Conduct account reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
  • Ensure successful communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
