Role Description The Sales Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalamazoo, MI. This role involves learning and executing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting products or services, and supporting customer onboarding. The trainee will assist with managing client accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and provide consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in training sessions, shadowing experienced team members, and gradually taking ownership of sales territories and account portfolios.
