Advanced Wealth Management Group is seeking a professional and personable Wealth Management Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is focused on creating a welcoming office environment while supporting basic administrative and client service tasks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and dependable, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Front Desk & Client Experience

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready reception area

Answer and route incoming phone calls

Scheduling & Office Support

Schedule and confirm client meetings

Manage calendars for advisors as needed

Prepare conference rooms for client meetings

Administrative & Processing Support

Assist with basic client service tasks, including:

Processing simple withdrawals and deposits

Sending client statements and documents

Handling routine paperwork and data entry

Support general office operations and administrative needs

Qualifications

1โ€“3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized with attention to detail
