Role/ Department: Head of Integrated Campaign Strategy, Wealth Management/Wealth Management Marketing

The Wealth Management marketing team is dedicated to promoting the firm’s suite of financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families, closely held businesses, family offices and foundations. The team leverages a mix of digital, content, and traditional marketing expertise to support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and reinforce the brand’s leadership in the industry.

The Head of Integrated Campaign Strategy is a senior-level position within the Wealth Management Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Management Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives, optimize lead generation and nurture processes, and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms. This role will collaborate closely with content, creative, demand generation, digital and data teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Campaign Execution
  • Lead the planning, launch, and ongoing management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Wealth Management Head of Content Strategy to develop cohesive messaging that is consistently expressed through campaign channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams— including creative, digital marketing, demand generation and performance, as well as external agencies to develop compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation & Nurture Optimization
  • Develop and refine processes for lead acquisition and nurture, leveraging campaign insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Develop and refine client journey maps to identify key touchpoints and optimize the overall client experience.
  • Leverage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and advanced analytics to gain actionable insights, informing approaches to personalize interactions, improve engagement, and drive measurable results.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements relevant to wealth management marketing.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in integrated campaign management, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $205,000 Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
