Consultants may work independently or as part of large consulting firms, collaborating closely with client leadership teams. The ultimate goal is to deliver actionable insights and solutions that drive positive business outcomes.

What are some common challenges new consultants face when starting in management consulting, and how can they overcome them?

New management consultants often encounter challenges such as adapting to a fast-paced, client-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and quickly learning about unfamiliar industries. Building effective communication and teamwork abilities will also help in collaborating with clients and internal teams, which is central to success in this role.
