Job description

Company Description
Corporate Wingman partners with organizations to identify and resolve critical business issues that stand in the way of growth and performance. The firm works closely with clients to diagnose root causes, clarify goals, and design practical strategies that drive measurable results. Rather than stopping at recommendations, Corporate Wingman collaborates with clients through execution to ensure strategies are implemented effectively. The team emphasizes meaningful, sustainable outcomes and positions itself as a trusted “wingman” throughout the business transformation journey.

Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Senior Management Consultant role based in Raleigh, NC. The Senior Management Consultant will lead client engagements, from initial discovery and issue diagnosis through solution design and implementation support. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth business analyses, assessing financial and operational performance, and mapping current and future-state business processes. The role involves developing data-driven recommendations, preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders, and facilitating workshops and working sessions. The consultant will collaborate with both client and internal teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and help ensure that strategies are executed effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial, operational, and market data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in management consulting and general consulting practices, with experience leading client-facing projects and engagements.
  • Knowledge of finance concepts and the ability to evaluate business performance, investment cases, and ROI for strategic initiatives.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, including process mapping, optimization, and change implementation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related advisory role, ideally at a senior or lead level.
  • Comfort working on-site with clients in Raeligh, NC and collaborating in cross-functional, diverse teams.
