To thrive as a Managed Services Representative, you need strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a foundational understanding of IT systems or business processes, often supported by a relevant degree or technical training. Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote monitoring tools, and ITIL-based service management platforms is typically required.
