About the Role:
As a CBRE FCG Financial Analyst, you will prepare financial analysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You'll Do:
• Prepare financial analysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements.
• Assist with the development of financial models used in client advisory recommendations.
• Support the preparation of client deliverables, presentations, and consulting reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends relevant to client needs.
• Coordinate with senior consultants on data gathering and analysis for client projects.
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Focuses on self-development and contributes within own role.
• No formal supervisory responsibilities.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The minimum salary for the FCG Financial Analyst position is $76,500 annually and the maximum salary for the FCG Financial Analyst position is $99,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
