Our client is seeking highly motivated, proven Sales Executive(s) to join their global business development team to lead their CX Contact Center BPO services sales efforts. This is a strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client base, and positioning the company as the go-to partner for outsourcing solutions. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the CX BPO industry, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to close complex deals with high-profile clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the CX Contact Center BPO services sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations and post- sales support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized BPO solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
