Job description

Join Fintech headquarters in Tampa as a Vendor Account Executive!
The Vendor Account Executive's primary responsibility is to on board, manage, develop and maintain relationships with Fintech's non-regulated vendor customers. The Vendor Account Executive is responsible for managing these vendors and ensuring they utilize all current Fintech vendor support tools to grow their Fintech retailer customer base.
Essential Functions:
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new non-regulated vendors for mid-market and SMB retailers
  • Manage assigned vendors with a focus on growing share of mind for Fintech
  • Increase Fintech retailers within the vendor customer base
  • Working with the SMB team, partner with the vendor to help understand all the benefits of Fintech and how to utilize Fintech's vendor payment support tools
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers within each vendor organization, beyond the day-to-day primary. This could include A/P managers, Operations (Drivers), Sales management, Controllers and certain executives including CFO and CEO
  • Train and embed vendor support tools
  • Update Salesforce to ensure vendor contact information is always current
  • Facilitate and follow up on the vendor customer's needs
  • Identify and elevate customer concerns to management

Qualifications:
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 yrs. experience in Vendor-to-Retailer supply chain management or associated function
  • Vendor/Distributor/Supplier general knowledge and operational experience preferred
  • CRM sales management skills (Salesforce) required
  • Strong relationship-building skills required
  • Strong influence and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Self-starter capable of conducting research on accounts and compiling effective written communications and presentations of results
  • Must be able to explain technical instructions in a user-friendly manner
  • Ability to interact with and communicate with cross-functional internal staff in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proficient in various software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality that is eager to work in a team environment
